Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Processing times may be extended during launches, promotions, or peak periods.
Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship Australia-wide.
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
Cost: Calculated at checkout or free on orders over $200 AUD
Express Shipping
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
Cost: Calculated at checkout
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and courier delays.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States and other selected countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
Cost: Calculated at checkout
International Standard — 10–20 business days
International Express — 5–7 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing and carrier delays beyond our control.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at checkout.
KAITO is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses or delays caused by incorrect address details.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees will apply.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier.
KAITO is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, parcels marked as delivered but not received, or parcels lost due to courier handling issues.
We recommend contacting the courier directly using your tracking number.
We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for courier-related issues.
Damaged Items During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@kaito.com.au.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will assess the issue and advise on next steps.
International Customs & Import Fees
Where applicable, duties and Import fee may be collected at checkout depending on your delivery country. Please refer to our International Customs & Import Fees page for more information.
Pre-Order
Some items in our store are available for pre-order, allowing you to reserve a product before it officially arrives in stock. These items will be shipped as soon as they reach our warehouse, and you can find the specific estimated shipping timeline for each product on its individual page. Please note that if your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire shipment will be held until all items are available to be sent together. For faster delivery of in-stock products, we recommend placing a separate order for those items.
