This simple 10-minute ritual is designed to ground you, reset your energy, and help you move through the day with intention — even on busy mornings.
Minute 1–3: Phone-Free Breathing
No notifications. No scrolling.
Just sit comfortably and take slow, deep breaths. Inhale through your nose, exhale through your mouth. Let your nervous system settle.
Minute 4–7: Gentle Stretching
Slip into your favourite KAITO lounge layers and move gently. Neck rolls, spinal stretches, or light hip openers — nothing forced. Just movement that feels good.
Minute 8–10: Gratitude & Intention
Write down:
Three things you’re grateful for
One intention or goal for the day
It doesn’t need to be big. Calm. Presence. Strength. Ease.
